At Kaffeestudio, unique, low-acid coffees are created through a long, traditional roasting process in a wood-fired drum roaster.
This method reduces acids more effectively than modern hot-air roasting, making our beans particularly digestible and aromatic.
Why is our coffee so low in acid?
The combination of

from Colombia, Brazil, Guatemala, and India, among other places, results in a coffee that is extremely mild, easy on the stomach, and free of sharp fruit acids.
By roasting over real wood fire, we reach temperatures that optimally break down organic acids without producing bitter substances.
This creates a coffee with a round body, soft taste, and maximum digestibility.
